The first workshops of series on community gardening and food growing. An opportunity to get some basics to start a project or to connect existing food growing spaces in our neighbourhood and city. From finding land and setting up a community organisation and financing the garden to organising its activities through the year, the workshop will cover all the essentials to set up and caring for a community growing space. We will have opportunities to look at local community food growing projects. Whether you already run a garden, have a plan to set up one, or are simply interested in knowing more about food growing and community work, this workshop is for you.
